Sukhbeer Shergill qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Jordans Solicitors that same year. She became a partner of the firm in 2007, Director in 2019 and is a member of the Law Society Childrens Panel.
Sukhbeer specialises in Child Care Law, representing parents and children in family public law proceedings.
Her work includes:
- Advice and representation at meetings in public law outline (PLO)
- Representation of children through their Children’s Guardian in public law proceedings
- Representation of parents in proceedings brought by the Local Authority
