Shaquille Kilbourne

Shaquille Kilbourne – Associate Solicitor

Shaquille joined Jordans Solicitors shortly after graduating with a Masters in Law and Practice from the University of Huddersfield in 2016 as a Trainee Solicitor. During his training, Shaquille gained experience in Private Family, Professional Negligence and Residential Conveyancing.

He qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and has worked in Jordans Residential Conveyancing department since 2017. He regularly deals with Sales, Purchases, Leasehold Properties, Shared Ownership Properties, New Builds, Transfers of Equity, Remortgages and Legal Charges. He can also deal with Reconstitution of title, First registrations, Declaration of Trusts and Transfer of Parts.

Away from work Shaquille enjoys cooking, socialising with friends and family and is a member of Dementia Friends. Shaquille also participates in the University of Huddersfield’s Law School’s Mentoring Scheme providing support to Law Students looking to start their legal career.

Shaquille is a friendly and calming person who considers his client’s needs to achieve their goal – mainly completions in the Conveyancing World!

James Gent

James Gent – Solicitor

James joined Jordans Solicitors in November 2023. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and has 10 years experience in Residential Conveyancing.  Prior to this he obtained a degree in Law and Psychology.

James deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

Away from work James enjoys spending time with his family and watching football and rugby league.  He also has an interest in cooking and music and plays the electric guitar. 

Nicole Charlesworth

Nicole Charlesworth – Apprentice Solicitor

Nicole Charlesworth joined Jordans Solicitors in 2018, where she began her legal career opting for the less traditional route and began an apprenticeship.

Nicole started Jordans as a business administrator, she then went on to qualify as a paralegal and is now studying to become a Solicitor.

Nicole enjoys travelling, music festivals and climbing and she’s a bit of a foodie. 

Mia Hampshire

Mia Hampshire – Conveyancing Assistant

Mia joined Jordans Solicitors in July 2022 in the Conveyancing Department following the completion of her A Levels at CAPA College.

She achieved 4 A Levels and has completed her Business Administration Apprenticeship with the firm in February 2024 achieving a distinction. Mia is now studying towards becoming a Paralegal.
