Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Entry to the prize draw is free and happens automatically when you leave a Valid Review on the Jordans Solicitors’ Google Business page or on the Jordans Solicitors’s Review Solicitors Business page.

A “Valid Review” means a review of Jordans Solicitor’s service on www.google.co.uk or www.reviewsolicitors.co.uk and relates to a conveyancing service offered by Jordans Solicitors, the username provided on the review identifies you as a client of Jordans Solicitors and fully complies with Google’s user guidelines and Review Solicitor’s user guidelines.

Entry to the prize draw is open to clients of Jordans Solicitors only. Only one entry per person will count as an entry. The winner will be responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

One winner will be drawn at random no later than 31st January 2026 from all entries received up to 31st December 2025. The draw will be made by a member of our conveyancing team. The winner will be notified by email and has 10 working days to confirm acceptance of their prize. If the prize is not accepted within the 10 working day deadline, we reserve the right to redraw the prize.

The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Any reviews which breach the user guidelines will not count towards the prize draw.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. By submitting a review, you are agreeing it will be published online.

Any personal data that is collected as part of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and our privacy policy .

We reserve the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into. Completing and submitting a review on www.google.co.uk or www.reviewsolicitors.co.uk will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
